- Annual Salary: $140,000 - $175,000
Overview of the role:
- Oversee financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
- Manage the general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll functions
- Ensure compliance with internal policies
- Prepare for and coordinate internal and external audits
- Monitor and control costs to ensure financial efficiency and sustainability
- Conduct detailed financial analysis to support decision-making and strategic initiatives
- Prepare and maintain various financial records, ensuring proper transaction recording
Preferred qualifications for the role:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- CPA license required (If inactive, feel free to still reach out)
- 5+ years of experience in accounting or finance with at least 3 years in a leadership role
- Strong leadership, organizational and prioritization skills
